For concrete floor levelling, we use a 10-foot straight edge to carefully survey the floor, identifying high and low points that could affect the installation of your chosen floor covering. We mark uneven areas, then grind high spots and patch low ones in a process called grind and patch. This method ensures the floor is flat within the tolerances required by flooring manufacturers and installers, protecting your product warranties.
