I levelled the basement floor in a previous house. It was very difficult and time consuming. Fazel and his crew did it in two days, first grinding the high spots and applying an epoxy vapour barrier, and then levelling it. The result is perfect – as flat as a skating rink – making it easy for me to lay vinyl plank flooring. Highly recommended.

Fazel came on a weekend to give us an estimate. He was very professional and communicated well. His team arrived on time to do the work, and was in continual communication through the process. His team were extremely neat and clean. There was no mess left behind. Even though they angle grinder the concrete there was almost no dust, as they made sure this was all vacuumed while doing the work. He was am absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them. The floor looks absolutely amazing!
