Fazel came in to patch up a botched job that was done by a different contractor. I levelled the basement floor in a previous house. It was very difficult and time consuming. Fazel and his crew did it in two days, first grinding the high spots and applying an epoxy vapour barrier, and then levelling it. The result is perfect – as flat as a skating rink – making it easy for me to lay vinyl plank flooring. Highly recommended.
